Frequently asked questions

How does RouteWizard work?

Choose the types of places you want to visit (doctors, clinics, nursing homes, auto shops, and more) and a territory — a city/county or an area you draw on the map. RouteWizard finds matching locations, groups them into day‑trips by region, and optimizes each day's driving order from your starting point. You can also import a known list by photo, file, or pasted text.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

RouteWizard Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime option is a one‑time, non‑renewing purchase.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Is my data private?

Your trips and addresses are stored on your device. We don't sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for details.

The app couldn't find a place I expected

Place data comes from OpenStreetMap, which is community‑maintained and may not include every location. If something's missing, you can add it manually as a stop, or email us and we'll help.
